成立于1996年的黑豹電子機械制造有限公司，專注于燈光、視頻系統工程集成領域，具有業內難得的專業技術人才、嚴格的專業技術與國家標準把關、完善的工程質量管理和二十多年寶貴的工程經驗。
二十二年前，黑豹從艱難中起步，在逆境中成長，這二十二年是不平凡的二十二年，從生產汽車輪胎動平衡機做起，到成功開發出系列舞臺燈光，黑豹是循序漸進，一步一個腳印走出來的。黑豹人干出了轟轟烈烈的一番事業。
在舞臺燈光方面，黑豹開發的系列LED產品及電腦搖頭換色探照燈，給大型和特大型文藝活動提供了革命性改變外，更是文藝活動的積極參與者，不計其數的各種大型演出都能看到黑豹的產品和黑豹的員工。2005年黑豹成功參與了第十屆全運會，2007年8月8號，我們實現了兒時的幻想，在奧運會倒計時一周年晚會，黑豹的燈光讓北京天安門大放光芒；2008年，黑豹遠征海外，印度尼西亞全國運動會開閉幕式上，全部的燈光和顯示屏幕都是黑豹品牌，值得黑豹人自豪。
在北京奧運會上，黑豹不但是設備供應商，還是開閉幕式創意方案的制訂人，黑豹董事長李炎華受聘于北京奧運會開閉幕式導演組，出任燈光指揮和燈光系統組長，并且參與主火炬設計。
2010年南非世界杯，雖然中國足球隊無緣出征，但有誰能想到，貫穿全場，極度氣氛渲染，帶給觀眾磅礴氣勢，光色震撼的燈光來自于中國，來自于“黑豹”，來自于“PASEF”。
2010年廣州亞殘會，黑豹作為賽時文化項目總承包商，在各大大小小體育場所留下黑豹身影，在廣州亞殘歷史篇章留下對黑豹的贊譽。
由于黑豹上下共同努力，黑豹公司的企業形象、企業文化得到了同行業的認同，在2008年2月28日成立的“廣東演藝設備行業商會”，黑豹公司被投票選舉為行業商會的首任會長單位，黑豹董事長李炎華代表黑豹公司出任行業商會的首任會長和商會的法定代表人。

22 years ago, PASEF started the business in a hard time and grow up in adversity. This is an extraordinary 22 years for PASEF. From the production of automobile tires dynamic balance machine to successfully developed a series of stage lighting, PASEF walked step by step. PASEF people worked out business with a bang.
Depending on strong research ability at the beginning of establishment, PAEF launched tiger colour changer and golden scanner, moving head colour changer and LED screen for the entertainment industry. Time is changing and technology is creating. Stage Lighting products developed constantly. PASEF insist on our original brief and still focus on research new products then the contribution to event performance with stable and function versatile equipment.
On August 8th, 2007, PASEF realized our original dream. In Olympic Game one year counting down, PASEF lighting made Beijing Tienanmen square shine. In 2008 Beijing Olympics Game, PASEF was not only the equipment supplier but also the creative solution team for Olympic Game opening and closing ceremony. PASEF chairman Victor Lee was appointed by Olympic Game committee to work in director team and being lighting system leader and torch designer. In 2010 Shanghai Expo, PASEF chairman Victor Lee was lighting designer for EXPO opening ceremony. In 2012 Guangzhou Asia Games, PASEF won the bidding and was the contractor for Asian Para Competition Culture Games.
Through more than ten years hard work, PASEF became "dark horse" in the entertainment industry. Not only in China, but also throughout the Southeast Asia market, PASEF truly realize the "going out" enterprises in the field of stage lighting. PASEF offer independent-research products to the international stage.
In 2008, PASEF participated in Indonesia National Game opening and closing ceremony. That all the lighting and the led screen came from PASEF, which make PASEF staff glory. In 2010 South Africa FIFA, it is pity that China football team was not qualified to attend the match. But PASEF shined the strongest lighting in Johannesburg football stadium, which makes PASEF staff proud.
Now PASEF is focusing on integration project for lighting and video system and got much achievement in outdoor realistic performance across the country.
